This comprehensive program equips participants with essential tools and strategies to manage stress and overcome unhealthy thinking patterns, including tackling alleged needs and feelings, to enhance their personal and professional lives. Through a blend of theoretical insights, practical techniques, and interactive exercises, the program empowers participants to develop resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being based on RTT (Rational Thinking Techniques)

21 Lessons: Delivered over two intensive workshop days.
2 Online Sessions: Follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and provide ongoing support outlining Rational Techniques of Thinking – working with distortions and fears – building self esteem:

- MY ACTIONS – how to solve a PROBLEM – changing the way you think
